"Way more to browse than I expected"
I went on Extreme Online Store just looking for one part, but... I ended up clicking through a bunch of other sections too. There was a lot more stuff than I thought there would be, which was a nice surprise.
The selection is wide, so it was easy to compare different styles without having to jump between a bunch of sites. Some categories have a lot of options, which I personally liked. Overall, it’s a good place to check out if you want choices.

Ordering was straightforward, and the checkout didn’t give me any trouble. It took me a minute to put in my info, but everything went through smoothly. i was just happy I got it done quickly without having to start over or fix a bunch of errors.

I went on extremeonlinestore.com mostly to check the warranty details before placing an order, it was straightforward. The policy wasn’t hard to find, and most of the terms were explained clearly enough that I didn’t feel like I had to dig around forever.

The only thing I’d say is that a couple sections could use more examples, especially around shipping if you ever need to make a claim. But overall, it made sense and gave me enough confidence to feel good about buying from them

Ordering was easy overall, and I appreciated that they mentioned possible customs duties before I checked out. I did go back through my confirmation email and receipt just to make sure I understood everything, and I still ended up double-checking with my local carrier. Luckily, there weren’t any surprise fees when it arrived. I’d give it 5 stars if the duty estimate was a little more clear upfront...

I realized right after paying that I’d picked the wrong option, which was annoying because I was already halfway through my coffee and not in the mood to deal with it. I messaged them, and they fixed the order really quickly without making it a big thing. Super easy, no drama at all.

The site works fine overall, but managing my account was kind of a hassle. I had to click around more than I expected just to find my order info and update a few details. It’s not awful or anything, but it definitely feels like it takes more effort than it should...

I liked that the shipping cost showed up before I actually placed the order. I was kinda expecting some random surprise at the last step, but thankfully that didn’t happen.

The shipping price wasn’t exactly cheap, but at least it was clear and easy to spot. Checkout was simple too, which I appreciated.

I’m giving 4 stars because I still kinda wish the shipping was a little lower, but the transparency was good and I knew what I was paying for.

I ordered a front lip for my car i was a little stressed it wouldn’t line up right. I’ve dealt with parts before that look good online but turn into a headache once you try to install them. But once I started fitting it up, I was instantly relieved. The holes lined up, it sat nice and clean, and there weren’t any weird gaps. I took my time with the install, but everything went on without a fight. Ended up feeling excited when I stepped back and saw how good it looked.

"Canceling my order was kind of confusing"
The site itself was fine to use, but trying to cancel my order was confusing. I had to click around for a while, and even after I submitted the request, I wasn’t totally sure if it actually went through. Support did get back to me later, which I appreciated, but the whole process should be a lot clearer. Not the worst experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be...

My order showed up on time, so that was good, but tbh the box was beat up when it arrived. There was barely any padding inside, which made me kinda nervous. Luckily the product itself was okay, but the packaging def didn’t feel secure enough.
